SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order.

Since all products are made per order, allow 3-7 business days production time after which your product will be shipped.

Orders are shipped nationwide to all 50 states via USPS and UPS, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Our check out page is linked to USPS and UPS and estimated shipping and handling cost is calculated prior to payment. Once you pay, you will receive a mail with tracking number for your order.

Your order should arrive based on the speed selected at check out.

Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping (4-7 business days)- $5.99 via USPS First Class Package

Priority shipping (3-4 business days)- $14.95 via USPS Priority

Next Business Day via UPS

Your order will be processed on the same day if order is received by 11am (Mon-Fri) CST (US) *Saturday is not a Delivery Day

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS/ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT:

Elohim Designs and Creations will ensure that each order gets to our customers safely. In the instance that USPS or UPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@elohimdesignsandcreations.com. Your order will either be reshipped, or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.
